Incident

Friends since high school and the incident. Neither wanted to accept the shift and emotional distance as their fault, each person refusing to take responsibility for their falling out. One moment capturing their lives and changing their futures, both their college and career paths. All because of a single moment, forever captured in time through one photograph without context. Years later, thousands of hours of therapy and one snapshot they refused to discuss. Then, one day, the person holding and clicking the button on the camera passed away. They saw each other at the funeral and never spoke of it.

Short. Honest. Straight to the point.
